There is a multistrada in our local salvage yard. It needs footpeg on right hand side, brake leaver(foot), few scuffs on paint, faring mounting bracket for clocks, one mirror, handlebars, brake leaver, rear indicator, numberplate bracket, clocks can you get a cover for the clocks as the surround is broken.
has anybody any idea if anybody is breaking one, or any idea of the price of the parts.
(multistrada 2003) is there going to be any major changes for 2005?
thanks |

Doesn't sound bad at all. I'd make sure the frame and forks aren't tweaked first. The bodywork is pretty expensive but cheap to repair and paint if all the tabs are OK. Depends on how much they are asking for it.
$5000 UDS is about all I would pay. Maybe get 1500-2000 more to make it perfect and you'd stil have a salvage title bike? Don't know if that matters to you. |
