I have a immobilizer disabled ecu.
I have made a copy of the black key and have had 0 issues
I have used 3 different dashes 0 issues
reset the service light still no issue
reset the TPS no issue
and as far as i know the DP ECU is an "open (immo disabled)" ecu so it will work on any bike unless you ...

Where are the bikes in so.cal, mebe I can swing by and get you some shots or ask questions.
