Thats the reason I went with a 620. It makes an excellent entry level bike, if the thought of maybe dropping it at low speeds while you learn doesnt wake you up in a cold sweat.

They are mistaken....the V46 will fit the Ducati rack. It wont be an exact color match on the paint, but it will click right on to the rack. I actually recommend that people get the rack from Ducati and the case from GIVI

With the stock tires (Pirelli Diablo Stradas) any off-roading is a sphincter-puckering experience, at least in my opinion. I grew up riding all kinds of dirt bikes, and this thing is built for pavement, or hard-packed dirt roads at best. Loose gravel is an experience that will wake you up, as well ...

You'll want a more comfortable seat, regardless of motor size. But I say go for it!

When I bought my 06 MTS620 in Miami, I was told that the price was non-negotiable. I guess the 620s were selling very briskly, so they didnt feel the need to give any extra incentives. OTD with the big panniers and topcase (plus tax, title, plate, tabs, dealer setup, etc.) was $11,700(ish). Wish I ...
