I just bought a Givi V46 top case so that my wife would have a backrest. It was just delivered yesterday. Unfortunately my bike is in the shop for the exhaust valve guide problem so we haven't been able to take it for a test ride yet.

+1 for the Multi if you're concerned about wrist strain. I owned an ST3 and now have a Multi. There were times when I was a hurtin' within 30 minutes on the ST3. With the Multi I can ride all day with no wrist discomfort. I also like the handling of the Mutli better. If I had it to do all over again ...

I paid $7,800 for my '04. It was a dealer demo with 865 mi on it. I haven't seen any other dealer come close to this but it's something to shoot for. The dealer I bought it from took care of replacing the sidestand and the mirrors. The bike also came with a Sargent seat.
