i have the Givi 46l for a topcase and at times use the panniers for commuting. I took this setup on a long trip (6 weeks) and fit everything necessary including a laptop.

with the panniers you can get Givi nylon duffle bags that fit inside, though both oddly shaped. and if you try to over stuff ...

If I still had my 620 this would be the upgrade path. Termis plus more power = good.

Searching the forum will reveal the reports from a few that have added the kit. Since the Termis alone are about $1200, I think it is worth it.
