Re: WTB: Arrow Exhaust Db killers

Have you had any trouble with heat on the CF cans ? I have been running the Ti cans because of the lack of grove in the CF cans. I thought they would over heat. If that's not a problem I'll turn a set of killers and machine in the grove. Good news.

Re: Looking to purchase an 06' 1000S is this a fair deal?

Yes, I run one and its true the bike runs very well. I have removed the intake baffles in the air box, leaving a pair of openings about 3x4, and just added some fuel and Wow. I have an Arrow full system as well. It takes a little time messing around with it to figure it out but it is easy to adjust ...

Re: Looking at lightly used 06 1000S - valve guide question?

recheck the engine number with someone else, the first shop that looked at my 06 said yes and the second shop said no. Turns out that by mid 2005 the problem had been handled.....or so I'm told. Get your engine number and check for the thread on this site.....good luck

The suzk twin is not the same. If you are up to it, a mic for your lap top and software package with cable with your hand tools and service manual will have it handled. Its not magic, just go slow until you get comfortable with it.

Re: Need a Ducatil Multistrada Tool Kit

Except for the spark plug tool the rest is lame. Go to a auto parts store, I like NAPA, make up a set. Look for tools with changeable bits and will work with other tools....you'll be better off.
