Wanna buy » cylinder heads of a 2005 MTS620

hi

im looking to buy a strada620 with 25000km on it but am really worried about the condition of the bike.

the cylinder heads looks like they are drenched with engine oil before and somehow looks corroded to me. it just looks old and lemony to me.

anyone can advise if this is common?

another thing i would like to ask is....what options do i have if i wanna change out these ugly cylinders?

can i put a MTS1000 engine on a MTS620? or any compaitable engines i can put on?
