I have always been interested in Ducati and since my purchase of a Wee Strom I have become obsessed with the Multi. Please don't hate me for the Wee.....it was a way back into riding.
I have the subject referenced Multi available with 16500mi for $5400 with some extras and the included luggage, two red keys and maint. docs.
The pics look very clean and the post is worded well so I am not predicting a scam or major dishonesty......but, something doesn't seem right. I am trying to asses what I am up against before I go look, since its not close, and I only get one shot at a new bike for several years to come (kids sucking up $).
I would drink a tub of her bath water to slip in bed with the new multi.......but, $$$.
I realize there will be more upkeep expense, but I plan to do much on my own with the location of manuals and needed tools I may or may not have.
I love her, but I couldn't stand the heart ache of getting her and then loosing her too soon due to a bad purchase.
Thank you all for taking the steps before me.

If you don't mind traveling a bit, I have a red '06 with 4600 miles that I'd like to get ~$6500 for....I'm in the Philly area.

Seems like a fair asking price, with some wiggle room. These bikes are a little more care-intensive than your Wee, but then again, so is everything else
OTOH, they're stone-simple, incredibly easy to work on, and easily capable of 100,000+ miles.
