Do you know what mileage its done ?
Early bikes had soft valve guides ask if they have been done.
if its had a top box check rear frame just around where the rear loop joins back into main frame ....it snaps off.

is the dash misted and/or missing readout .....its vital to the bike running ....misting means water damage, can be replaced ....Multigatto does them for about £400
slow starting indicates corrosion of earth point...easy fix .....clean and grease.
Keys ...1 red +2 black (needed to activate new dash)
a belt change is easy 1hr job with minimal tools (belts£108)

You can't buy happiness but you can buy a bike and that's pretty close.
