Fm what I understand you will need keys and ECU that match your speedo. U cant just replace just the dash part. Bill should have everything you need including dash ecu lockset
Word of caution about buying gear online. You don't know how it fits. This makes a big difference on helmets, boots, gloves. So it helps to have seen it and tried it on at a retail store before you buy online.

I would have a local upolsterist (sp?) make what you want. It can be done for way less than a Corbin or Sargent. There are a lot of seat makers out of work now that the Chopper has died. Find who does motorcycle restoration work and they should be able to help you find someone locally.
Just give a list of all the free stuff you want with it. If you get half of what you ask for it's a good deal. Service will most likely be what the dealer is willing to throw in for free since most of all the 600 mile service is all profit any way.
