My name is Hugo and I live in Sweden, since 2008 I have a Hayabusa second generation, last week I did a test with a new MTS 2015 and I JUST loved the bike.. power enough comparing with the Hayabusa and a lot of comfort in every km..
I tried the version 2014 too and I really prefer the new bike from 2015 exception for the seat I prefered the old version.
My question:
Anyone got problems with the new bike?
I am used with Honda and Suzuki and I am afraid to get problems with Ducatis
Version S? Is it worth it? For who drive always with passenger.. I am afraid with so much technology in that kind of suspensions
Power Commander Does anyone installed in the new MTS?
Hi, there hasn't been enough '15 bikes out there yet to see if there's problems. The '14 is a well sorted bike. I have a '10 which had issues, but nothing out of pocket. I do like the '15 and wouldn't think you'd have an issue, but you can always get an extended warranty to ease your mind. Yes Ducatis can be expensive to maintain, but you can save alot by doing yourself. I don't think they're more expensive than any other higher end bike though.

Reasons revealed in earlier posts and up until this year I always thought like that... Took a leap of faith this year, going great so far, find me some wood!
Just bought the new one version S, first day almost 400kms(250miles) done, with bags and passenger. I am really happy with the bike great bike and the cruise control it's really good on the highways, warm grips help too as we had just 10.c yesterday.
I have ridden a 2015 (starting with 18 miles and finishing at 100 miles) MTS S in South Tyrol last year. It is a quantum leap from my 2013 MTS GT so I have ordered one... I do agree that the new seat is uncomfortable but overall the 2015 model is much smoother than the 2013. When I receive mine I may harden up the suspension from the factory settings which are all medium...
In fact after riding almost 400kms in touring mode yesterday I think that the new seat is not so uncomfortable was I thought when I tested both bike in the same day. I am just not happy with the rear turning signals such expensive bike should bring leds as all other ones nowadays
