Looking for the rear seat lock, the plastic part inside mine is all chewed up and no longer turns when inserting the key.

Sounds like a pretty common issue, those plastic internals tend to wear out over time. You’re probably better off looking for a used latch/lock assembly rather than trying to repair it, since the inside parts aren’t really serviceable.
